Quality highland freezer beef. Natural raised & lean. NO STEROIDS, HORMONES, ANTIBIOTICS, CARBON MONOXIDE (TO PRESERVE THE COLOR) AND NO PRESERVATIVES. NO MSG & NO NITRATES. OUR CATTLE ARE HUMANELY RAISED. Highland beef is 40% lower in fat than other beef and is lower in cholesterol than chicken, venison, codfish or buffalo (Commercial Testing Laboratory, Inc. in Colfax, WI.) We have a customer that when she picked up her second order of 100#’s of ground beef in 4 months.
